The 3rd First Workers’ Congress of New Elements and the Trade Un

On the afternoon of January 29, Guangdong New Element Board Industry Co., Ltd. held the 3rd First Workers' Congress and the Trade Union Member Congress. Group general manager Pan Qiliang, deputy general manager Ou Yubiao, the second labor union chairman Zhao Safety, production director Zheng Rijing, workshop cadre representatives, front-line staff representatives, office staff representatives and non-voting delegates attended the meeting.

The conference opened with the solemn national anthem. At the meeting, Group General Manager Pan Qiliang delivered a speech for the development of the enterprise in 2020, and the chairman of the trade union Zhao Anan presented a work report entitled "The Trade Union Review Report 2020" on behalf of the second trade union.

The meeting fully affirmed that in the past year, the New Element Labor Union adhered to the leadership of the party, effectively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and worked hard to build a harmonious labor relationship. The rights of all employees were effectively exercised and the resolutions of the Workers’ Congress were fully implemented.

The meeting also voted and passed the "List of Proposals for the Third Session of Workers' Representatives" of the Guangdong New Element Board Co., Ltd. Workers' Representative Conference.

After a fair, just and open ballot, Deputy General Manager Ou Yubiao became the chairman of the third trade union and spoke on behalf of the new trade union committee.
