On August 31, 110 teachers and students from the School of Materials Science and Technology of South China University of Technology entered the headquarters of Guangdong New Elements Group to launch school-enterprise cooperative learning and exchange activities.      For a long time, New Elements Group has implemented a low-carbon development strategy and is committed to product production management and quality control. Over the years, while fulfilling social responsibilities, it has established a technology research and development exchange center with South China University of Technology in terms of scientific research, and has conducted many learning and exchange activities from the shallow to the deep with the teachers and students of South China University of Technology, becoming the cradle of the young generation of scientific researchers.      This learning exchange activity was led by Yin Suhong, deputy dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology. Due to the large number of teachers and students, visits and learning were carried out in batches. In the new element training room, Mr. Wu Guorui, the special consultant of the new element group management school, gave a welcome speech to everyone.      Later, the director of Human Resources Center Tension System introduced the corporate culture of New Elements Group, and Jia Jian, general manager of the group system and accessories department, focused on the "asbestos-free" fiber-reinforced calcium silicate board. Product knowledge such as production process, physical properties and product application system was introduced in-depth, which deepened teachers and students' understanding of "new elements" brands and products in multiple dimensions.

 

     At the same time, the teachers and students of South China University of Technology visited the new element production workshop and scientific research building in batches, and went to the front line of the workshop for field visits. Through hearing and seeing, the students applied the theoretical knowledge learned in class on weekdays, and improved the process flow of the automatic production line of the new element production workshop and the “non-asbestos” fiber-reinforced calcium silicate board flow method. The clear understanding also witnessed the production scale and strength of New Elements Group.

 

     In this learning exchange, the students said that they have benefited a lot. Through the visit and study, they have increased their knowledge and enriched their horizons.
