    Application scope

     Building Explosion Venting: When a building explodes, it can quickly release the explosion energy, so that the pressure on the load-bearing structure can be reduced and the pressure relief part will not be damaged. Lightweight walls and roofs can be used as pressure relief surfaces.

      GB 50016-2014 "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" has the following provisions on the explosion-proof of factory buildings and warehouses:

      Article 3.6.2   The explosion-hazardous workshop or the explosion-hazardous part of the workshop should be equipped with pressure relief facilities.

      Article 3.6.3   Pressure relief facilities should adopt light roof panels, light walls, and doors and windows that are easy to relieve pressure. Safety glass should be used to prevent sharpness during explosion. Fragmented material. The quality of lightweight roof panels and walls used as pressure relief facilities should not be greater than 60kg/㎡.

      Article 3.6.13  For silo with dust explosion hazard, the top cover should be equipped with necessary pressure relief facilities.

      Article 3.6.14  In the warehouse with explosion hazard or in the warehouse with explosion hazard, explosion-proof measures and pressure relief facilities should be taken in accordance with the provisions of section 3.6 of this code.
